Since 1984, sharing our wines with the whole world has been our inspiration and our reason for being.


The “secret vineyard of Clos de la Bierle” is difficult to find lost in the valley of the place called “Leymiat” in the commune of Poncin.

With our experience and incessant work respecting the life of the earth, its natural needs and the work of its fauna, our “ancestral” method is the expression of a controlled result, monitored at each stage of its slow evolution in our cellars. The result expresses tastes of tangy and naturally sweet red fruits, a characteristic peony color and a delicate natural effervescence which make it a feminine wine like no other, a little magical.


Our work has been recognized since 1999 in important guides and with numerous prizes and gold and silver medals.

Prized by members of the Paul Bocuse Academy, it is naturally one of the must-sees at prestigious receptions, such as the gala meal offered to Chinese President Xi Jinping and his wife Peng Liyuan during the commemoration of the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations. between France and China in 2014 where Chef Phillipe Bernachon offered for dessert, a caramelized brioche with seasonal red fruits, his Verbena ice cream, accompanied by a wine from Cerdon Cuvée Ancestrale…”Clos de la Bierle” 2012.
